PERMISSIONS.

HISTORY

Luppi is the previous Sexta Espada - sixth strongest in Aizen Sosuke’s army - and was chosen for the spot due to his Aspect of Death being destruction . After the previous previous Sexta, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, had his arm returned to him via the efforts of Inoue Orihime, Grimmjow killed Luppi in order to regain his position.
During the TYBW arc and Quincy invasion, Luppi was reanimated as a zombie by Kurotsuchi Mayuri.

PERSONALITY

Luppi is...not an easy person to like. He’s a Hollow, a subspecies of ghost known for cannibalism in order to regain sanity, which says a lot about him even without knowing his personality. He enjoys challenging others, pushing their buttons and trying to get them mad . He’s known for making lewd comments, despite having a lack of interest in sex, and taunts his opponents and enemies. He places a lot of importance on strength and battle prowess, and mocks those who he views as lesser.
In general, he’s easily irritated, and reacts poorly to perceived insults. He’s insecure, especially about his strength.
When he gets attached to someone, he tends to become clingy and rather jealous. When someone makes an enemy of him, he becomes a spiteful little asshole.

ABILITIES

Luppi isn’t a very skilled swordsman, when compared with the other Espada, but has very strong offensive capabilities. He has good maneuverability, excellent reflexes, and cannot be injured by anyone significantly weaker than him. In his resureccion, or released form, he becomes far stronger and grows eight tentacle-like limbs which he can use to attack an enemy. He can also shoot bolts of energy called cero , which can do devastating damage.
However, he is very cocky, and weak against large-scale attacks or anyone with enough raw power to overwhelm him. His fighting style relies on overwhelming opponents with his eight tentacles, but as a result, he isn’t good at defending against similar overwhelming attacks.
Luppi is quite intelligent, and very talented at reading others. He also enjoys referencing classical literature and history, though he doesn’t always know what his references mean .

APPEARANCE

Luppi is on the short side, and has an almost childlike stature. His black hair is cut into a short bob, and he has uneven bangs and a side part. His facial features are rather effeminate, and he has a high, almost girly voice. His eyes are purple, and above his left eye are three pink diamond-shaped markings.
He wears a white uniform with long sleeves that cover his hands and fingers entirely. The uniform has two panels cut out of it, one on each side of his stomach. On his right side, he has a gothic black 6 tattooed to signify his rank.
He carries his sword, Trepadora, in a compartment beneath his left armpit.

OTHER INFORMATION

Luppi identifies as aromantic and bisexual, though he has little interest in sexual activity. He is open to romantic relationships, but fair warning: he’s a difficult guy to love. His pronouns are almost always he/him, though on rare occasions they’ll switch to they/them.
As a soul, he ages differently than humans, and is in his hundreds.
He does possess some animalistic instincts, such as: defending his belly and neck, going limp when pinned, and using aggressive behavior to attempt to intimidate others.
