Okay. So, my muse is a pretty unlikeable character. He’s hostile, has a superiority complex, and possesses the social skills of a rock. So now I have to say something I didn’t think I’d have to say:

Mun! Does! Not! Equal! Muse!

If my muse gets upset, it doesn’t mean that I’m upset. I’m on this site roleplaying for fun, and thus am not going to be upset by something somebody else says in character to my muse. I’m not sure how to make it any more clear: what my muse is saying is not necessarily in line with what I think. You know how in movies there might be a disclaimer along the lines of ‘the corporation who made this movie does not necessarily express the views in the movie’ or whatever? Yeah. Like that.

I’m sorry my muse is a hostile, argumentative, and stab-happy character. If you don’t want to interact with him, that’s fine. I completely understand. But blurring the lines between muse and mun and assuming that I have all of the same qualities my muse does is, quite frankly, immature.

I’m on this website to have fun. If you have a problem with me or my muse, please let me know. Respectfully. I have no interest in getting in a fight.

If any of you would rather I don’t tag you, that’s fine. Please tell me, and I won’t. But for the love of everything holy, it’s not that hard to be nice.

Anyways. I’m sorry for the rant, but I really do want to have this on my profile. Thanks.

You're disrespecting those asking you to use content warnings and by making posts like this. Your muse posting inappropriate things should have a content warning. Plain and simple. The mods have been informed of all of this.

I think there’s been a lot of miscommunication here. I have no issues with adding content warnings, and I am in the middle of making a TW post. In the messages I’m referencing in this post, I was not asked to use content warnings. That wasn’t the issue. I’m sorry if that was the impression you had, but I want to makes something very clear: I’m okay with using content warnings. That makes sense, and I understand why some of you want that. At no point on this post did I even mention content warnings, so I’m not sure where this is coming from.
